Can I call Your Pet Store With More for help with my order? Yes, please do. Call 1-888-219-0452 for assistance Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm Central time. Or send us an email anytime through our site.
What is the condition of the products in your store? All products at Your Pet Store With More are new and in packages.
How do I know your site is secure? Your Pet Store With More cart is secured by Digicert. In addition if you register with our site your credit card information is not kept on file.
ORDERING
Do I have to register with your site to place an order? No simply press check out and check out without registering.
Do you offer wholesale prices? Yes! Please submit a request for a price on what you are interested in and I will
give you the cost based on the size of your order.
Will I receive confirmation of my order? Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been recieved.
If you do not within a few hours, please let us know.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept? Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, money order, cashier's check.
Do I need to have a paypal account to pay with paypal? No. You will be taken to the Paypal screen. An area says "Don't have PayPal
account? Press Continue. At this point you are asked your billing information. Again you do NOT need a paypal account to
continue your order process.
Who should I make the money order/cashier's check out to? Angela Steward or DNA Plus.
When will I be charged for my order? Immediately upon payment processing.
DELIVERY
How long before I receive my order? Orders could take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
What delivery service do you use? Depending on the originating factory, we ship either USPS or UPS.
Do you deliver to my area? Your Pet Store With More delivers to the 48 Continental United States and to Canada only.
Do you deliver overseas? No we do not.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order? Yes, you will be sent a tracking number and the delivery
service for your package.
Do you offer Express Delivery? Sorry, we are not able to offer Express service at this time.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Do you take returns and give refunds?
Please notify me within 7 days of receiving the item if you would like to make a return. I must receive the item in the same condition it was received in before I can refund or replace. I will need the item shipped back to me insured and with a shipping confirmation number within 7 days of notifying me of your return. If you are returning because I made a mistake and shipped the wrong item I will refund what you pay for shipping the item back to me once I receive the item back.
When do I receive a refund on my return? Your refund is given once I receive the return and I've had an opportunity to inspect the item.
